Digital products

Because our products are downloadable digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except as described below.

When we do offer a refund

• You were charged but never received access to the product due to a technical error on our end.
• You were charged more than once for the same order in error.
• The product is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact page, including your order/session reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
